用途及特點
SKTM型梯形活塞環端面磨床是在本廠生產的JK3M8320型數控梯形活塞環端面磨床的基礎上，充分考慮了國內活塞環制造廠的生產情況和承受能力，并結合吸取了國外最新進口設備優點和相關加工技術，改型設計，開發研制出來的。彌補了過去磨床的外觀、剛度、導軌耐磨、磨頭軸承化、下料操作不方便等不足。電氣柜裝有熱交換器，確保系統正常運行。本機床夾具體可直接用本身砂輪圓周來修整，這樣就為工件的加工精度提供了可靠的保證。滾珠絲桿和導軌付全部裝有潤滑點, 延長了機床使用壽命。
USES and features
Type SKTM trapezoid piston ring end face grinding machine is manufactured in our factory JK3M8320 type nc trapezoid piston ring end face grinding machine, on the basis of fully considering the domestic production of piston ring manufacturing plant and bear ability, combined with the learned abroad the latest imported equipment advantages and relevant processing technology, the retrofit design, is developed. To make up for past the appearance of the grinding machine, stiffness, guide wear-resisting, grinding head bearing, blanking, the convenient operation and no shortage. Electric cabinet is equipped with heat exchanger, ensure the normal operation of system. Specific to this machine can be directly used grinding wheel circumference of a circle to repair itself, so it provides a reliable machining precision of workpiece. Ball screw and guide rail to pay with all lubricating points, prolong the service life of machine tool.
